Upcoming temporary service changes
To integrate our systems with our newest members, there will be a one-day pause on withdrawals and loan payouts:

• Tuesday 13 August – Requests submitted by 2pm will be processed as normal.
• Wednesday 14 August – No withdrawals or loan payouts will be processed.
• Thursday 15 August onwards – Services resume as normal.

These changes affect all members, including those who originally joined through Harlowsave. Thank you for your patience while we make these improvements.

1. Why is there a pause in withdrawals and loan payouts?
We’re updating our systems to welcome Money Matters Community Bank members into Plane Saver. This ensures all members are on the same secure platform.

2. Will my Harlowsave membership change?
No. You are already a full Plane Saver member, and your account details remain the same.

3. Do I need to register for new online banking or the mobile app?
No. If you already use Plane Saver’s online banking or app, you can continue as usual.

4. Can I still apply for loans during this time?
Yes, you can apply, but loan payouts will not be processed on 14 August.
